Recruiter – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Location: Zirakpur, Mohali, Punjab

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years (Freshers are welcome)

Salary: 1.8 – 2.2 LPA

Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and people-oriented Recruiter who is passionate about connecting with candidates and building great talent pipelines.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, along with excellent communication and calling skills. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build a strong career in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition and take ownership of the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and identify the right candidates based on skills, experience, and role fit.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and telephonic interviews to assess suitability.
- Make regular candidate calls and effectively communicate job opportunities, responsibilities, company information, and career prospects.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent database for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up consistently with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, documentation, and joining.




- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates on hiring progress.
- Build positive relationships with candidates and ensure a professional candidate experience.
- Work closely with the HR and hiring teams to understand hiring priorities and close positions within timelines.
- Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality of hire.

What We're Looking For

- 6 Months – 3 Years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR Recruitment, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment fundamentals and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable with high-volume candidate calling and follow-ups.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to identify relevant candidates by understanding skills, experience, notice period, and salary expectations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Candidates who enjoy talking to people, networking, and building professional relationships will be preferred.
