- Supervise and execute industrial civil construction activities.
- Manage RCC works including foundations, beams, columns, slabs, and pedestals.
- Read and interpret civil/structural drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and construction schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Verify quantities, measurements, and contractor bills.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and resolve site-related technical issues.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of RCC, concrete, reinforcement, and shuttering works.
- Positive understanding of industrial construction and site execution.
- AutoCAD and MS Excel knowledge.
- Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
