• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Direct prospects to the sales counselors team when needed
• Take and process sales packages in an accurate manner
• Accurately and efficiently enters customer information and interaction into company CRM
• Upsells customers to larger products, more expensive packages, or higher priced services if required
• Possess Positive Communication skills in terms of English, Hindi and Punjabi . Fluency in English is must.
• To listen to objections and handle them effectively.
