Job Description

- Greet visitors, parents, and staff members with a friendly and qualified demeanor.

- Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

- Handle the scheduling of appointments and manage the daily calendar for school administration.

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and office lobby

school timings: 8.30 a.m to 4p.m
All days in a week.
Requirements

- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.

- Experience: Candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role are encouraged to apply.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
