Overview

- Position: Parent Relations Officer

- Reporting To: Administrator

- Responsible To: Principal / Vice Principal / Centre Head

- Location: Respective Campus

Role Purpose

To act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing parents, ensuring a seamless parent experience from admission enquiry through enrolment and beyond. (Focuses on coordination, communication, and follow-up without independent decision-making).

Key Responsibilities

- Grievance & Feedback Management

- Handle parent concerns, queries, and administrative grievances promptly.

- Coordinate with internal school departments to resolve issues and track resolution times.

- Collect and present parent feedback to leadership for process improvement.

- Admission Support

- Counsel prospective parents on school curriculum, campus culture, and admission processes.





- Conduct campus tours and actively follow up on admission enquiries to drive enrolments.

- Events & Communication

- Organize school events, open houses, orientation programs, and parent engagement activities.

- Draft parent circulars, newsletters, emails, and social media/digital content (reels, posts, updates).

- Support co-curricular projects by showcasing IBDP CAS and IAYP service initiatives.
