About the Role:

- The Identity Governance Analyst sits in the Workforce Identity team, which sits within the broader Global Technology group, headed up by Steve Maidment.
- The Workforce Identity teams mission is to enable REAs strategy through application availability, security, and ease of access. We combine our extensive skills in identity management, regulatory compliance, and workforce management to drive our work forward. These skills are used to provide internal users with access to the right applications at the right time, and without compromising security, privacy, or separation of responsibilities requirements.
- To do this, we develop, engineer, manage and maintain a central identity platform, integrate an extensive set of tools to the platform, and ensure that the system meets the ever-changing needs of the business.
- The Workforce Identity team works closely with many teams across the business, including several teams within Global Technology, among others.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as super user for our central identity systems by coordinating all facets of its management, including:
- Incoming business requests
- Providing technical support
- Troubleshooting issues
- Business communications
- User Access Review campaigns
- Configure and maintain identity management systems, including access controls, entitlement policies, role management, and compliance reporting.




- Help design and support lifecycle management automation, self-service user access requests, targeted user access reviews and automated provisioning/deprovisioning processes.
- Maintain system documentation, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation for identity processes, configurations, and workflows.

Skills and Experience:

- 5+ years of proven relevant commercial experience working with identity programs, platforms (e.g. Sail Point), or in similar roles.
- Design, implement, and maintain Sail Point ISC solutions for identity lifecycle management (Joiner/Mover/Leaver), access certifications, policy enforcement, and governance reporting.
- Configure and customise Sail Point ISC components, including connectors (SCIM, REST, JDBC, AD, etc.), custom rules (Bean Shell/Java), transforms, and workflows to align with specific business and compliance requirements.
- Integrate Sail Point with critical enterprise platforms such as Active Directory, Workday, Entra ID (Azure AD), LDAP, Service Now, and various business-critical applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to provisioning, entitlements, access certifications, policy violations, and identity synchronisation failures.
- Deep proficiency with Identity Cubes, entitlements, roles, policies, certifications, and configuring virtual appliances.
- Hands-on experience with Sail Point rule development (Bean Shell/Java) and using REST APIs and SCIM integrations for identity lifecycle automation.
- Experience configuring Okta tenants, including policies, routing rules, app integrations, Device Trust, and Adaptive MFA.
- Application Integration: Integrating enterprise applications for SSO and provisioning using SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and SCIM protocols.
- Building and maintaining Okta Workflows to automate manual IDAM tasks, such as onboarding and off-boarding.




- Understanding of Okta Identity Cloud, including Identity Engine, Universal Directory, and Workflows.
- Proficiency in Python, Power Shell, or API-based automation (REST APIs).
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Solid analytical mindset, excellent troubleshooting capabilities, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to coordinate large programs that span weeks and involve many people across the business at all levels of seniority
- The ability to manage and configure settings of a SaaS product to meet the needs of different business stakeholders
- The ability to solve complex problems, tinker with technology and possess a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to communicate, collaborate, and contribute effectively across teams and with various business stakeholders.

- Ability to present data, findings and recommendations to a high standard.

Desirable Skills and Certifications:

- Strong requirements gathering skills, including the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders for this purpose.
- In-depth knowledge of identity management concepts, principles, and practical use cases.
- Understanding of compliance and governance requirements, particularly SOX.
- Certifications (Good to have): Sail Point Identity Now or ISC Certified Implementation Engineer.
