- 8-10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Oracle Fusion CX
- Minimum 3-4 full-cycle Oracle Fusion CX implementations
- Solid expertise in Oracle Fusion Sales and/or Service Cloud
- Hands-on experience with:
- Application Composer
- Groovy Scripting
- Visual Builder Studio (Redwood UX)
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- REST/SOAP APIs
- FBDI & Import Management
- OTBI & BI Publisher
- Experience leading client workshops, stakeholder management, and solution design discussions
- Ability to work directly with US-based clients and global teams
Preferred Skills
- Oracle Fusion CX Certification
- Experience with CPQ, Eloqua, CDM, Field Service, or Subscription Management
- Migration experience from Siebel or other legacy CRM platforms to Oracle Fusion CX
