Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Feed Mill Lab Shift Supervisor to join a well-established company in Iraq. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in feed mill laboratory operations, quality control, and sample analysis, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily laboratory operations and activities during assigned shifts.
- Oversee quality control procedures and sample collection, testing, and analysis.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.
- Monitor the quality of raw materials, feed ingredients, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with production and quality assurance teams to address quality-related issues.
- Supervise laboratory technicians and ensure efficient workflow during shifts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and laboratory efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience working in feed mill laboratories, particularly in quality control and sample analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Science, Engineering, or a related field. A relevant doctoral qualification is also accepted.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and quality assurance practices.
- Previous experience in laboratory supervision or shift management is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Iraq.
