Client toolchain for this account runs on Git Hub Enterprise for source control, Oracle Visual Builder Studio and OCI/Azure Dev Ops for CI/CD orchestration, and OCI Vault for secrets -- plus OpKey and a Config Agent for quarterly patch analysis and automated regression testing. This role owns keeping that whole chain healthy across a small, currently two-person Dev Ops tower.
What You'll Own
Designing, building an OCI based DEVOPS CICD pipeline and maintaining pipelines in Oracle Visual Builder Studio and OCI Dev Ops/Azure Dev Ops.
Managing branching strategies, PR workflows and release automation in Git Hub Enterprise.
Troubleshooting pipeline failures and working to reduce mean time to recovery on build/deploy issues.
Maintaining reusable pipeline templates and enforcing consistent standards across the teams that rely on them.
Supporting hybrid environments that span OCI and Azure where the account's tooling calls for it.
Administering OCI Vault -- managing key lifecycles, secret rotation and access policies -- and integrating Vault with pipelines and applications so no credentials end up hardcoded.
Enforcing least-privilege IAM policies across the toolchain.
Providing Tier 2/3 support for Git Hub Enterprise, Visual Builder Studio and Dev Ops platform issues.
Onboarding teams to standard tooling and writing runbooks and internal documentation.
Partnering with the security and compliance teams on audit requirements.
What You Need to Bring
Three to six years of hands-on Dev Ops/release-engineering work, ideally including real time in Git Hub Enterprise, Oracle Visual Builder Studio, and OCI or Azure Dev Ops specifically.
Practical experience administering a secrets manager (OCI Vault or equivalent) and enforcing least-privilege IAM in a toolchain, not just reading the docs on it.
Comfortable troubleshooting pipeline and build/deploy failures under pressure, and communicating clearly with the teams whose release you're blocking.
Some exposure to quarterly patch-analysis or automated-regression tooling (OpKey or similar) is a plus given the release cadence on this account.
Coverage & Reporting
One of two resources in the Dev Ops Applications & Tools tower, working closely with the Oracle Fusion Application Release Manager since quarterly patch cycles and CI/CD releases are tightly linked on this account.
