Job Description
•Assess patients’ health conditions and monitor vital signs.
•Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
•Provide nursing care according to patient needs and clinical protocols.
•Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
•Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and documentation.
•Monitor patient progress and report changes in health conditions.
•Provide wound care, dressing changes, and infection prevention practices.
•Educate patients and families about health conditions, medications, and care
plans.
•Ensure proper use and maintenance of medical equipment.
•Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and safety guidelines.
•Support patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
•Maintain patient confidentiality and professional ethics.
RequirementsQualifications
•Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or Bachelor of Science in
Nursing (B. Sc Nursing).
•Valid registration with the State Nursing Council.
•Knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care practices, and healthcare
standards.
•Basic computer skills for electronic medical records and hospital systems.

Requirements
Essential: Graduate in any discipline. Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada. Polite, cheerful, and patient-centered attitude. Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM, Whats App Business). Ability to handle multiple calls and appointments efficiently. Professional grooming and presentation. Interest in health, fitness, or wellness industry. Desirable: Experience in front office, customer service, or telecalling (preferably in clinics or wellness centers). Fluency in additional languages (Hindi/Tamil/Telugu). Residing within 5–7 km of the clinic. Female candidates preferred.
