- Develop and improve manufacturing methods, processes and work instructions.
- Prepare process plans, routing, BOM and work instructions.
- Analyze manufacturing processes for cycle-time reduction, productivity and cost improvement.
- Work on DFM/DFA, PFMEA, process flow and control plans.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality and Manufacturing teams for process improvements.
- Valuable knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement.
- Experience with CAD tools (NX/Creo/CATIA) and manufacturing documentation preferred.
