About the Role

Clients AI Data Platform tower covers Oracle AI Data Platform (AIDP) and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), currently staffed with two AMS resources and two project/enhancement resources -- the largest allocation, proportionally, of any of the smaller towers on this account. At Senior Associate level, this role is expected to take on the onshore-lead half of the work described in Fanatics' own role definition: setting direction and reviewing output rather than only executing under someone else's guidance.

What You'll Own

Leading requirements conversations with business stakeholders and translating them into FDI workbooks, dashboards and AIDP data pipelines that follow the account's standards and naming conventions.

Building and maintaining FDI workbooks -- visualizations, calculations, blended datasets -- connecting Oracle Fusion subject areas and custom datasets to deliver insights people actually trust.

Developing and configuring AIDP data pipelines for ingestion, transformation and enrichment, and owning data quality, lineage and governance standards for the pod.

Writing and optimizing FDI calculations, CASE statements and custom dataset expressions supporting Financials, HCM, Procurement and SCM reporting.





Owning augmented analytics and AI-driven insight generation within FDI/AIDP, using the built-in machine-learning and natural-language features as Oracle releases them.

Reviewing and signing off on test execution for SIT/UAT cycles, and owning regression testing after Oracle's quarterly patches and FDI platform updates.

Owning production deployment activities for the pod, handling escalated triage and bug fixes post-cutover, and flagging performance issues or quarterly-patch impacts before they become a bigger problem.

What You Need to Bring

Three to six years with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence and/or the AI Data Platform, including having taken on requirements and design ownership rather than pure execution.

Robust SQL and real comfort writing FDI calculations, CASE statements and custom dataset expressions.

Solid understanding of data pipeline design, lineage and governance concepts as they apply to AIDP specifically.

Direct experience with Fusion ERP, HCM and SCM data structures, and enough communication skill to run a requirements conversation with a business stakeholder directly.

Coverage & Reporting

One of two AMS resources in the Oracle Fusion AI Data Platform tower, expected to take the onshore-lead role relative to the Experienced-Associate-level developer on the same pod.
