About the Role

Ops Accounting covers Order Management, Inventory, Costing, Accounts Receivable and Channel Revenue Management for Fanatics, and this seat focuses specifically on the Invoice-to-Cash slice of that -- where an order becomes an AR transaction and, eventually, cash. It sits alongside dedicated INV/COST, Inventory/Product Hub, Order Management and BIP analyst seats in the same Ops Accounting tower.

What You'll Own

Supporting requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis for Invoice-to-Cash processes, and contributing to process flow mapping and configuration workbooks.

Supporting proof-of-concepts for complex AR/billing scenarios, and helping draft Functional Design Documents for lead review.

Supporting integration design between AR/Invoice-to-Cash and upstream systems -- Order Management, Product Data Hub, Inventory -- since most Invoice-to-Cash issues trace back to a handoff from one of these.

Applying Chart of Accounts mapping and Accounting Hub considerations relevant to AR transactions.

Writing and executing test scripts for SIT/UAT on Invoice-to-Cash changes, tracking defects,



and supporting regression testing after Oracle's quarterly updates.

Supporting production deployment and providing triage, bug-fix and enhancement support for this process area afterward.

Contributing to the quarterly Oracle patch assessment for Ops Accounting as it touches AR and Invoice-to-Cash specifically.

Supporting month-end and year-end close activities tied to AR reconciliation and period close.

What You Need to Bring

A year or more of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Receivables or a closely related Invoice-to-Cash process area.

An understanding of how Order Management and Product Data Hub integration feeds AR, and where that handoff typically breaks.

Comfort supporting SIT/UAT execution and defect tracking under the direction of a workstream lead.

Enough SQL or reporting-tool familiarity to investigate a data issue rather than waiting on someone else to pull it.

Coverage & Reporting

Sits in the Ops Accounting tower alongside the INV/COST, Inventory/Product Hub, Order Management and BIP functional analyst seats, reporting to the Ops Accounting workstream lead.
