Group Technology and Operations (T&O;) enables and empowers the bank with an productive, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O;, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire and delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve production incidents in a smooth and timely manner with minimal impact to business.
- Put controls and checks in place to monitor and smooth the functioning of production systems.
- Investigate and understand the cause of defects raised.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships across all groups within the Bank, ensuring alignment with common objectives and fulfillment of criteria and requirements across various businesses and units.
- Participate as a member of the development/implementation team, including offshore teams, working on assigned tasks, projects and IT initiatives.
- Interact with members and other functional teams, including offshore teams.
- Work with team members participating in shadowing and training activities.
- Adhere to information controls and security frameworks/procedures, including change and incident management processes.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including meetings, knowledge transfer and activity reporting.
- Demonstrate functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices.
- Deliver day-to-day support for key treasury systems/initiatives.
- Work efficiently and prioritize system enhancements/upgrades.
- Work extended hours, shifts and weekends as required for production support.

Mandatory Skills Description:
- 2–5 years of experience in Banking application L1 production support.

- Working knowledge of data technologies such as SQL, Hadoop and Apache Spark.
- Experience with Apache Airflow/TWS Scheduler.
- Working knowledge of monitoring tools such as ELK and Grafana.
- Superior technical, analytical and communication capabilities.
- Knowledge of new technologies, standards, protocols and tools relevant to rapidly changing digital environments.
- Well-versed in digital technologies, automation, environment support and key technology/vendor solutions.
