Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed documentation of business processes and data flows.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed projects.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
- Support the implementation of new systems and processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
- Robust understanding of business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
