We are looking for a Process Associate with robust analytical, research, investigation, and decision-making skills.
The candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing medical, pharmaceutical, product, and online information to identify potential risks, compliance issues, policy violations, or suspicious activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review medical, pharmaceutical, product, and online information.
- Conduct online research and investigation using multiple sources.
- Analyze documents and information to identify potential risk or compliance concerns.
- Review whether information meets defined policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify suspicious activities, inconsistencies, or potential policy violations.
- Perform detailed research and document findings accurately.
- Analyze complex information and determine the appropriate action.
- Identify possible root causes of issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Review potentially sensitive/offensive online content professionally.
- Maintain accurate records using Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, and turnaround-time targets.
- Stay updated on relevant policies, processes, medical/pharmaceutical terminology, and compliance requirements.
- Work independently while managing multiple cases/tasks.
