Key Responsibilities

- Work on US Healthcare processes using the QNXT platform.
- Handle healthcare transactions and process activities as per business requirements and SOPs.
- Perform accurate data entry, validation, maintenance, and processing within QNXT.
- Review and resolve process-related discrepancies and exceptions.
- Maintain quality, productivity, and turnaround-time targets.
- Follow HIPAA, client guidelines, and process compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalations.
- Support process improvements and maintain accurate documentation.

Required Skills

- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in QNXT – US Healthcare.
- Strong understanding of US Healthcare processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in US shifts.
- Ability to work remotely and maintain required connectivity.

Experience Band

- SPE: 1.6–4 years of relevant experience.
- SME: 4.5–6 years of relevant experience.
- Immediate joiners only.
