- Experience in incident response, root-cause analysis, and driving post-mortem improvements for production systems.
- Overall, 7 to 10 yrs of exp.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline design, automation (Ansible/Terraform), and release management for cloud and hybrid environments (Azure, Windows VMs, AKS, IIS).
- Proven track record in implementing monitoring, logging, and observability solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Splunk, App Insights, SCOM).
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, bridging development, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize cloud operating costs and apply Fin Ops practices
- Familiarity with disaster recovery planning, backup/restore validation, and business continuity processes (RTO/RPO).
- Strong background in performance tuning, capacity planning, and collaborating with development and architecture teams.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and data protection requirements for enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to document and share technical knowledge across teams.
