The Assistant Facility Manager and Site lead serves as the primary client interface for integrated facility management services, overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple service lines including hard services (maintenance, engineering) and soft services (cleaning, security, catering) at assigned facilities or client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong client relationships as the single point of contact for all FM services.
Understand client business objectives and ensure service delivery aligns with their strategic goals. Conduct regular client meetings, present performance reports, and manage escalations professionally.
Operational Oversight Manage integrated facility operations across all service lines ensuring contractual SLA compliance. Coordinate hard services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building fabric) and soft services (cleaning, waste management, landscaping, security) delivery. Monitor daily operations through CAFM systems and conduct regular site inspections.
Team Leadership Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary FM teams including engineers, technicians, cleaning supervisors, and security personnel. Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions. Foster a collaborative culture across diverse service providers and subcontractors.
