Lead a Solutions-Led Commercial Business in a High-Growth Market

Ingredion is seeking an accomplished commercial leader to lead & shape commercial strategy, deliver profitable growth and strengthen Ingredion’s position with strategic customers across the sub-region. You turn customer insight, technical capabilities and market opportunities into differentiated solutions and sustainable growth.





We are looking for a leader who has already operated at significant commercial scale and can combine strategic thinking, strong commercial judgment, customer leadership and people leadership to deliver results.

What You Will Do
• Own commercial performance across India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, delivering revenue, gross margin and profit objectives.
• Shape and execute the commercial strategy, with a strong focus on solutions-led growth, current customers, new segments and market expansion.
• Build senior-level relationships with strategic customers and distributors, positioning Ingredion as a preferred partner for differentiated, higher-value solutions.
