This is a senior backend engineering role focused on building scalable, cloud-native applications and services within a modern enterprise environment. You will design and develop microservices and APIs while working extensively with AWS cloud technologies and distributed systems. The role combines strong .NET engineering expertise with exposure to data analytics, monitoring, payment processing, and airline industry technologies. You will collaborate within an agile delivery environment, contributing to technical standards while helping teams maintain reliable and high-quality solutions. The position offers the opportunity to work across a broad AWS technology stack, including containers, databases, messaging, caching, security, and observability. This is a fully remote, long-term engagement for an experienced engineer comfortable working independently while collaborating across distributed teams.

Accountabilities

•
Design,



develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services using .NET, microservices architectures, and contemporary API development practices.

•
Build and support cloud-native solutions within AWS, ensuring applications are reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with established architectural standards.

Work with AWS services and infrastructure including EKS, ECS, Kubernetes, Route 53, IAM, S3, DynamoDB, Aurora MySQL, SQS/SNS, and Redis Cache.

Develop and maintain APIs and microservices that integrate with enterprise applications, third-party systems, and business-critical services.

•
Contribute to solutions involving airline industry technologies and concepts such as EMD, PNR, and ETKT, as well as payment processing workflows.

Support application monitoring and troubleshooting using observability platforms such as Datadog, Dynatrace, and Kibana.
