We're seeking someone to join our team as a Trade Support Associate to work as part of the Listed Derivatives F&O; Trade Support team.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships, driving strategic automation solutions by embracing a transformation mindset and challenging the status quo. This is a Trade Support Associate position at Associate level within Institutional Securities Group, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes.

The team acts as the central point of contact for front-to-back business flows and partners closely with Sales & Trading, Technology, Legal & Compliance and Operations teams. TSG owns key operational controls, coordinates day-to-day booking and break resolution activities, supports recent product approvals and provides subject matter expertise on strategic change initiatives.

What you'll do in the role:
> Manage trade capture and lifecycle events for LD Futures & Options




> Partner closely with Sales & Trading to resolve desk and client-related queries.
> Monitor operational controls and identify, escalate and resolve reconciliation breaks and exceptions.
> Coordinate front-to-back transaction processing activities across multiple stakeholder groups.
> Support new product launches by assessing operational readiness and implementation requirements.
> Drive process improvement, automation initiatives and control enhancements.
> Collaborate with global change management teams on strategic projects and platform enhancements.
