This is a hands-on performance marketing role focused on developing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns for multiple clients. You will translate business objectives into measurable media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms. The role combines campaign management with data analysis, conversion optimization, attribution, and performance reporting. You will take ownership of tracking systems and help resolve measurement and attribution challenges across lead generation and e-commerce campaigns. The position also involves direct client communication, presenting actionable insights, and collaborating with internal teams to improve campaign outcomes. You will have the opportunity to work independently, contribute to client growth, and support the development of junior team members in a rapid-paced digital marketing environment.

Accountabilities

Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms, aligning campaigns with client objectives, budgets, and performance KPIs.

Plan, launch, manage, and continuously optimize paid media campaigns across targeting, audience segmentation, keywords, bidding strategies, budgets, remarketing, and campaign structure.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve lead quality, conversion rates, ROAS, cost efficiency, scalability, and overall return on advertising investment.

Manage campaign tracking and measurement systems, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Events Manager, Conversion API, and Google Ads conversion tracking.
