Responsibilities
Drive sales in the assigned territory (mainly Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets) and meet sales targets. Build strong relationships with customers and distributors while growing the business in the region.

Sales & Customer Management
• Manage leads, customers, and distributors within the assigned territory

• Convert leads into closed deals independently

• Build and sustain strong customer relationships

• Deliver product demonstrations and customer education

Distributor Management
• Build effective working relationships with distributors in the assigned region

• Monitor distributor performance and drive accountability

Sales Pipeline & Growth
• Own and manage the sales pipeline for the assigned territory

• Identify and develop recent business opportunities

• Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize revenue

Commercial & Clinical Execution
• Execute clinical and mar
