Role Overview
We are seeking results-driven Continuous Improvement expert to drive operational excellence and transformation initiatives across business processes, systems, and services. This role is responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, driving process optimization, implementing automation and digital solutions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will partner with business leaders, functional teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve efficiency, quality, compliance, customer experience, and business outcomes. The role requires robust analytical skills, project management expertise, change leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving sustainable improvements, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Process Improvement and Transformation
· Lead end-to-end continuous improvement initiatives across operational and business processes.
· Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks,



and process gaps using data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
· Design and implement process improvements that enhance productivity, quality, and customer experience.
· Standardize processes and establish best practices across teams and functions.
· Drive business transformation projects aligned with organizational objectives.
Operational Excellence
· Establish process governance frameworks and performance management mechanisms.
· Drive adoption of operational excellence principles throughout the organization.
Digitalization & Automation
· Partner with technology teams to deliver automation and system enhancement initiatives.
· Support implementation of analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions to improve visibility and decision-making.
· Evaluate emerging technologies to accelerate business transformation.
Project Management & Change management
