Job Description
As a Systems Analyst, Candidate should be at least 3+ years of experience in Manual testing,
and handling a project end to end along with defect tracking. Candidate should be able to analyze, test and work along with Business team, Analysts, developers on complex initiatives. Candidate should be able to write test cases, scripts, Jira stories and break them down into milestones to achieve the complete project. Candidate should be able to probe on defects/bugs, communicate and drive them to closure. Candidate should work closely with Production support lead, understand the issues raised by different business groups and provides solutions accordingly. Candidate should have Salesforce background and also be able to do top/down communication with ease.
