We are currently seeking a ITIL - Account Svc. Senior Specialist Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
In this role you will be responsible for:
• Individuals possess domain, technical or process authority in their subject area.
• They manage projects critical to the company.
Requirements for this role include:
• Leads the most complex service delivery processes spanning multiple service areas.
• Manages service delivery processes in the most complex service delivery environment.
• Responsible for regional coordination and leadership.
• Responsible for in depth analysis review of Service Management functions.
• Works on unusually complex problems and provides solutions that are highly creative.
• Typically requires 12-15 years relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Advanced understanding of ITIL processes and principals.
• Advanced written and verbal skills.
• Advanced ability to create and document process.
• Ability to lead and influence large cross-functional teams.
• Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
• Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.
