As a Market Transition Analyst within the Markets Transition Management Team, you will collaborate with Markets Sales, Clients, and Internal partners to facilitate the onboarding of clients for trading Markets products. Your role will involve fielding and tracking requests, communicating requirements, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for the client within the targeted timeframe. Your primary objective is to provide an exceptional client experience that aligns with the needs and objectives of the client and Markets Sales. Our team operates globally, supporting clients and Markets Sales in the US, EMEA, and APAC regions.
Job responsibilities
• Focus on client service by building relationships with our client base to offer a primary point of contact for new onboarding requirements and ensure that clients’ requests are managed end-to-end with urgency and control.
• Liaise with clients across Asia countries and partner with front office sales to obtain up-to-date client onboarding documents and information.
• Analyze, review,
and evaluate client onboarding information and documents to fulfill KYC requirements.
• Manage stakeholders by building robust relationships with internal partners to facilitate client timelines and continue to improve processes. Serve as the initial point of escalation for internal support teams.
• Coordinate with compliance and client onboarding teams to identify areas requiring additional investigation.
• Work on end-to-end onboardings, diverse requests, and account setup. Manage client expectations and liaise with different stakeholders as a single point of contact.
• Obtain due diligence and screening reports on clients, review issues highlighted, and partner with front office sales to provide disposition as necessary.
