Quality Engg CAPA, RCA & Process Improvement Job Description Who you are/: Develops, implements, and maintains quality plans, inspection test plans /(ITP/), control plans, and process failure modes and effects analysis /(PFMEA/) documentation. Oversee inspection of incoming raw materials, in/-process quality checks, and final product testing before shipment to ensure compliance with technical specifications. Leads the investigation of inconsistencies, internal quality defects and customer complaints; performs root cause analysis /(RCA/) using 8D, 5/-Why and Fishbone /(Ishikawa/) diagrams. Implement statistical process control /(SPC/), capability studies, and sensor repeatability and reproducibility /(Gauge R&R;/) tools to monitor process stability. Monitor and verify corrective and preventive actions /(CAPA/) to prevent recurrence of quality defects on the production line. Prepare, review,
and approve Manufacturing Part Approval Process /(PPAP/) and Advanced Product Quality Plan /(APQP/) documentation for current product launches.
