Designation: Deputy Manager – Maintenance
Location: Ahmednagar
Qualification: Diploma / BE (Electrical/ Electronics)
Experience: 5 years to 10 years
Key Deliverables / Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance)
• Maintenance Planning & Execution.
• Develop and implement an effective Maintenance Planning and Scheduling System.
• Ensure effective execution of Preventive Maintenance (PM), Breakdown Maintenance, Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM), and Time-Based Maintenance (TBM).
• Monitor, track, and improve MTTR (Mean Time to Repair)
and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure optimum stock levels.
• Maintain and update all TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) documentation and records.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC programming, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis.
• Hands-on experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and Servo Systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
