This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of delivery across complex, cross-functional initiatives within a fast-paced international product environment. You’ll work closely with multiple teams, Team Leads, and stakeholders to turn business goals into clear plans and successful execution. Your responsibilities will span planning, prioritization, capacity, dependencies, risks, and day-to-day delivery coordination. Beyond keeping projects on track, you’ll help improve and evolve delivery practices based on real team and business needs. You’ll operate in a collaborative environment where priorities can shift and proactive problem-solving is highly valued. The role is particularly well suited to an experienced delivery skilled who enjoys creating clarity, removing blockers, and driving initiatives through to completion.

Accountabilities:





• Coordinate end-to-end delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring initiatives progress effectively from planning through completion.

• Support the planning, prioritization, and execution of cross-functional projects and initiatives.

• Track dependencies, blockers, risks, scope, and team capacity, proactively identifying and resolving potential delivery issues.

• Work closely with Team Leads and stakeholders to establish clear priorities, ownership, timelines, and expectations.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams, helping align priorities and resolve delivery-related challenges.

• Monitor progress and maintain visibility across initiatives, ensuring stakeholders have a clear understanding of status and potential risks.

• Identify opportunities to improve delivery workflows, processes, and ways of working based on team feedback and business context.
