As a Sales Analyst, you will work closely with the Sales and Business Development team and gain practical exposure to lead generation, prospecting, client communication, sales coordination, and business development activities.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in building a career in sales.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales and Business Development team with day-to-day sales activities.
- Identify and research potential customers and business opportunities.
- Support lead generation and prospecting activities through various channels.
- Reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and assist in presenting relevant solutions.
- Schedule meetings and product/service discussions with prospective clients.




- Maintain and regularly update prospect and customer information.
- Follow up with leads and prospects under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, reports, and other business documents.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements.

Requirements
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Prior internship experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Relations, or Client Servicing will be an added advantage.
