Responsibilities

Your Role:

•
Provide direction, guidance and mentoring to the team to ensure Service Level Agreements are met in an effective and efficient fashion.

•
Escalate client or staffing issues to Senior Management in a timely manner.

•
Monitor KRIs and KPIs and discuss with the supervisors to propose mitigating plans around risk and resource constraints.

•
Prepare and present the materiality of portfolio risk to Senior Management, with respect to unsupported cash and position differences, as part of the sign off process.

•
Act as the point of contact for your team and collaborate with respective stakeholders across the business.

•
Lead the migration of tasks from other locations into your team, to ensure of a seamless transition, along with overseeing the conversion or launches of any recent clients, as it relates to Loan holdings.
