Your new role

To provide comprehensive operational support to Financial Crime Operations teams in India,



enabling effective workforce management & reporting, operational excellence, financial oversight, leadership coordination and colleague experience. The role is critical for maintaining accurate structures, reporting, and enabling smooth onboarding, transitions, and engagement initiatives:
• Finance & Governance: Maintain Workday structures for FCO India; validate monthly recharge data; publish Budget vs Actual reports for FCO India.
• Onboarding & JML: Ensure seamless onboarding for FCO colleagues; manage access and asset returns for movers/leavers; support technical training for new hires and process changes.
• Workforce Reporting: Deliver accurate headcount and attrition reports for FCO India; maintain backfill tracker; align demand reconciliation with central teams.
• Leave & Hybrid Planning: Manage leave and hybrid working trackers for FCO India; publish visibility reports for leadership.
