Job Title: R&D; Member of Technical Staff - II

The job

• Work closely with the Product Owner, stakeholders, and Scrum Team to understand, define, design, and implement software solutions that meet business and customer needs.
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and estimation, backlog refinement, daily Scrum meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Customer Support to troubleshoot customer-reported issues, identify root causes, and drive them to timely resolution.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code that is fully reviewed, unit tested, documented, and delivered in accordance with agreed quality standards.
• Analyze, design, implement, and validate security requirements in alignment with industry-standard cybersecurity practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices, development processes,



and overall product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Must Have:• Strong software design and development skills with hands-on experience in multiple programming languages, including C#.
• Strong experience in ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core and cloud-based application development.
• Good understanding and hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks, particularly Angular.
• Robust knowledge of SQL Server, including database design and development.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Azure and cloud service architecture.
• Experience in developing comprehensive unit test cases and applying test-driven quality practices.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their application in software design.
• Good understanding of software design principles and design patterns.
• Strong awareness of cybersecurity principles and their importance throughout the software development lif
