- Coordinate with the existing maintenance and support teams
- Ensure timely resolution of all issues
- Communicate with residents via calls and regular follow-ups
- Maintain records of complaints and resolutions
- Oversee daily maintenance operations and service quality

Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of experience in customer support / customer handling

- Comfortable handling multiple issues and teams
