Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a rapid-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identification of new business opportunities and generating target-based revenues from new customer acquisitions
- Must have an experience with US clients
- Must know Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH, Guru, Sales Navigator
- Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- The candidate is responsible for generating business from different channels such as online Bidding Portals, Email Marketing, social media, ETC.
- Possess an understanding of managing leads, taking regular follow-ups, and setting up meetings.
- Should be able to create proposals for technical aspects,



timeframe, costing, and other details as per the requirements of clients.
- Provide accurate and timely management information, including – activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, and KPIs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (1+ years) in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies, with a record of accomplishment of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think strategically.
- Must have a basic knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM), CMSs, Frameworks
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
