Role Overview
One of our multinational financial institution clients operating in India is looking for an experienced Manager, Software Development & Engineering - Manual Testing QA to join its technology and operations team in Hyderabad. The successful professional will work in a large-scale, regulated enterprise environment and collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute test strategies for enterprise software products.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and test suites.
- Perform functional, integration, regression and API testing.
- Integrate quality controls into CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze defects, root causes and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams and stakeholders to improve release quality.
- Strong software testing or quality-engineering experience.
- Automation and programming/scripting capability.
- Experience with APIs, CI/CD and Agile delivery.
- Managerial roles require team leadership and test-strategy ownership.
