One of our multinational financial institution clients operating in India is looking for an experienced Sr Manager, Active Directory & Entra Engineering - People Leader (Cyber Security) to join its technology and operations team in Hyderabad. The successful professional will work in a large-scale, regulated enterprise environment and collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Engineer and operate enterprise identity and authentication platforms.
- Support SSO, directory, authentication and identity lifecycle services.
- Automate operational and administrative processes.
- Troubleshoot complex identity incidents and availability issues.
- Implement security controls and improve resilience; people-leader roles will also lead and develop engineering teams.
- Strong IAM, authentication, SSO or directory-services engineering experience.
- Enterprise operations and automation experience with a strong security mindset.
- Leadership and stakeholder-management capability for managerial positions.
