What would you do? • As a Team member in the Learning & Transformation Business Innovation & Human skills team, you will drive impactful learning initiatives, facilitate training sessions, and manage end-to-end program delivery.




• You will be responsible for developing new learning modules and redesigning existing content.
• This role requires solid facilitation skills, program management expertise, and a passion for nurturing talent

• Facilitate Training & Coaching:
• Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops for diverse audiences.
• Ensure delivery of program hours as per defined targets and quality standards.
• Program Management & Impact:
• Support end-to-end program lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Support to track and measure program effectiveness using impact metrics and feedback loops.

• Learning Module Development & Redesign:
• Design and develop new learning modules tailored to emerging needs.
• Redesign existing content to improve relevance, engagement, and outcomes.
• Integrate innovative learning methodologies and digital tools.
