Skillset and Experience Required
• 16+ years' experience in Company Secretarial,
Corporate Governance for European/US entities
• Prior experience in establishing and managing a Company Secretary (CoSec) Shared Services function, with responsibility for corporate secretarial activities, governance processes, statutory compliance, and stakeholder management across multiple entities and jurisdictions
• Experience supporting Boards of Directors, Committees, and senior leadership teams
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and company secretarial practices
• Solid stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and administrative skills
• High attention to detail, discretion, initiative, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
