We are currently seeking a Z2_IT Service Management to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Job Responsibilities

• Good to have basic knowledge in Automotive Electrical and Electronic components.
• German Language expertise.
• Develop competency towards EE Domain and wiring knowledge know how.
• Understanding the End user issue and provide on time support with necessary solution.
• Experience in support activity for PLM related tool.
• Need to provide tool training in-house (training room) and off the premise (online).
• Must be able to create the audio & visual training for user manual content.
• Interacting with global team for understanding, various interface application.
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts in Confluence and Jira tool.




• Working closely with clients to understand the process and functional change on every release.
• Intermediate knowledge in automotive release process.

Requirements
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent related field.
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in service operation/testing
• Knowledge in Agile methodology and valuable communication skill.
• Exposure to Reporting tools.
• German speaking skill is an added advantage to do the role effectively.

Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech or equivalent from reputed university.
Experience level: 3-6 years of Relevant Experience
