About the Role:




We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support the Payment Gateway Sales team across pre-sales activities, client solutioning and sales operations. The role will work closely with Sales, Product, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure smooth coordination, effective client engagement, and seamless business execution.
Expectations / Requirements:
•Generate and qualify enterprise leads through cold calling, outbound prospecting, and market research.
•Understand prospect requirements, conduct initial discussions, and build a strong pipeline for the Enterprise Sales/KAM team.
•Maintain lead pipeline, follow-ups, and accurate updates in CRM/internal systems.
•Coordinate with Product, Technology, Integration, Risk and Operations teams for smooth merchant onboarding and integration.
•Act as a SPOC for merchant queries, issues, and grievances, ensuring timely reso
