As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the front-line representative for our company, interacting directly with customers and addressing their inquiries and concerns. Your role is vital in building and maintaining a positive brand image and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be a key player in our back-office operations, working closely with the CLM Domestic Diversified team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with the CLM team to develop and implement customer care strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in customer interactions.
• Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team on customer trends and preferences.
• Assist in training and mentoring new customer care executives.




• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Actively contribute to team goals and collaborate with other departments as needed.

Qualifications
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer care or support role, preferably in a back-office setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle customer issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software.
