Powai’ s world class capabilities in trading support, research, information technology, financial control, operations, risk management and legal support have played a key role in facilitating Nomura’s global operations and are an integral part of Nomura’s global expansion plans. The Powai operation is a critical part of the platform to support the growth of Nomura’s global business.
Key Responsibilities:





• Consult with senior engineers and stakeholders to gather technical requirements and design specifications

• Design and prototype voice solutions in dedicated laboratory environments

• Perform comprehensive testing and validation of voice systems before production deployment

• Engineer and test Cisco UC portfolio solutions including call routing, voicemail, contact center, and emergency services

• Design and test IPC trading floor communication systems and turret configurations

• Implement and test Nice voice recording solutions and compliance frameworks

• Engineer Microsoft Teams Phone System integrations and Direct Routing configurations

• Develop detailed implementation guides and technical documentation for operations teams

• Create step-by-step procedures and runbooks for system deployment and configuration
