As part of its continued growth journey, the organization is looking to strengthen its talent acquisition capability by hiring a strategic and hands-on TA leader to drive recruitment excellence across the enterprise.

Job Description

We're looking for someone who has:
- 12-18+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including team leadership responsibilities.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-location hiring environments.
- Strong expertise in leadership hiring and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated success in driving recruitment KPIs and hiring efficiency.
- Strong understanding of ATS, HRMS, recruitment analytics, and TA technologies.
- Experience building employer branding and campus hiring programs.
- Excellent communication, influencing,



and relationship management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and demanding workplace.
- Prior executive search or recruitment consulting experience will be a strong advantage.
- Industry exposure across healthcare, retail, hospitality, airlines, real estate, consumer, or other large workforce businesses would be preferred.
