As a Workday Finance Senior Associate you will focus on providing consulting services for Workday finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and use within our business application consulting practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections,



and guide junior team members while deepening your technical skills and understanding of the broader business context. In this role at PwC, you will support clients in improving financial processes and reporting, using critical thinking, professional judgment, and familiarity with Workday Finance to deliver dependable work across engagement activities.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing client finance requirements and translating them into Workday configuration approaches
- Implementing Workday Financials solutions that support financial processes, reporting, and transaction handling
- Reviewing design documents, process flows, and configuration choices for alignment with client objectives
- Supporting testing cycles by preparing scenarios, validating results, and documenting issues and resolutions
