As a Quality Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing the quality team, driving performance improvements, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, shrinkage, and attrition, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in quality management.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)



and quality benchmarks.
- Prepare and present reports on quality metrics and team performance to senior management.
