We are seeking a skilled QA QC Manager - Civil to oversee quality assurance and quality control processes in our residential construction projects, particularly high-rise buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and extensive experience in managing quality control operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with the relevant IS codes and standards. You will lead a team of quality control inspectors and coordinate with project managers to implement quality assurance protocols throughout the construction lifecycle. Your expertise in RCC quality and construction quality will be crucial in identifying potential issues and ensuring that all materials and workmanship meet the required specifications.
Key responsibilities include conducting regular inspections, preparing quality reports, and collaborating with project stakeholders to address any quality-related concerns. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior staff in quality control practices.
