Key Responsibilities:
- Process and apply cash receipts from various sources, including ACH, wire transfers, and credit card payments.
- Manage lockbox operations to ensure efficient processing of incoming payments.
- Reconcile cash application discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to ensure accurate customer account management.
- Utilize SAP for tracking and reporting cash application activities.
- Maintain accurate records of cash transactions and prepare reports as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of cash application policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
